What was the highlight of Hotel Glorianna
Hotel Gloriana was a charming place to stay the last night and close to the airport.
The staff was very helpful with our bags -- our morning breakfast was delicious-- our waiter was excellent. We had a large balcony overlooking the street and was an easy walk to shops and restaurants.
The balcony was really dirty--the table, chairs -- and I had to clean the bathroom sink before using. I understand the balcony fronts the street so is hard to keep clean, but could tell none of it had been wiped down in some time. The bartender didn't seem at all happy.

Ho hum. Didn;t really feel safe in the neighbourhood.
It was OK for the price, although rates were cheaper at the desk than on Bookings. Restaurant food was good.
AC didn't work well and no hot water...Not a great neigbourhood for a woman traveling alone. Very noisy, busy street.

Disappointed
There is nothing to like about this hotel.
I made a booking at Hotel Glorianna in Montego, Bay, Jamaica for December 29, 2018. I booked a dormitory room for eight of my family members and we were very disappointed with the quality of service and the condition of the room we stayed in for the night. It was the most uncomfortable stay for room that we paid US$459.85 for one night. On your site it recommended that breakfast can be purchased for an extra, however, when we went for breakfast we were told that this was not normally charged for with the room. After much back and forth the owner finally showed to provide some assistance. The linen and towels were quite old and we even found insects on the sheets (photo attached). I am requesting a reimbursement of the funds paid for this trashy overpriced hotel.

What was the highlight of Hotel Glorianna
I definitely would love to come back! And stay in the exact apartment suite! I felt like I was home!
I loved my room 3718 or 31718 it was the last apartment suite on the top floor away from everyone! I loved that I could have family visit me and stop by for a social drink or meal. The housekeepers were extremely nice and helpful.
If you invite guest over they can’t swim at the pool. The pool could be a bit cleaner however it rained everyday so it’s kind of self explanatory. $5 usd per day for usage of kitchen stove (gas) and WiFi could be stronger ... WiFi is best outside of your dormitory
